BBQ Cook-Off

Information & Rules

Entry Deadline:  5:00 pm Friday, March 31, 2023

All entries received after 5:00 pm March 31, 2023 will be charged an additional $5.00 entry late fee per category.

Each team must have a minimum of 4 categories. Brisket, Ribs and Chicken must be three of the 4 entry minimum.

Categories: Margarita, Steak, Chicken, Main Entrée, Dessert, Ribs, Brisket, Fajitas, and Beans.

Entry Fees:

Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Main Entrée, Dessert, Steak, and Fajitas - $30 ea
Margarita - $25 ea
Beans - $20 ea

BBQ Cuties - $10 per person
Individual or Team dress up, skit, cross-dress, comedy competition

Cook Sites: Your cook site will consist of an approximate 30’ x 30’ space.
Water and trash pickup will be available on site. (See Exhibitor Rule #7, #8 below)

No spaces are held without PAID ENTRY FEES after 5:00 pm March 31, 2023.

Set Up: Friday, April 14, 2023

Take Down: Sunday, April 16, 2023 ~ 8 am – 12 pm

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Check-in Brisket & Rib

8:00 pm – Streak Judging

9:00 pm – Fajita Judging

10:00 pm – Margarita Judging

Saturday, April 15, 2023

8:00 am – Cooks Meeting

10:00 am – Beans

11:30 am – Chicken

12:00 – 12:30 pm – Ribs

2:00 pm - Main Entrée

4:00 pm – Dessert

5:00 – 5:30 pm – Brisket
